Calgary City FC’s CMSA Developmental Program is designed for young athletes who aspire to grow their soccer skills in a structured, team-oriented environment. As a proud member of the Calgary Minor Soccer Association (CMSA), we provide opportunities for players aged U7 to U17 to compete in league play while focusing on skill development, teamwork, and personal growth.

Following the Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) Model

Our CMSA program is guided by Canada Soccer’s Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model, which ensures that each player trains and competes in an environment appropriate for their stage of development. LTPD is based on extensive research in sports science, psychology, and human development, recognizing that players develop at different rates and require tailored training to maximize their potential.
